Do not use Scott Vicknair. Terrible and Very Upsetting experience with this place Run fast, do not pass go... ........ They will double bill you, they actually sent me other clients information, my attorney sent me to Florida without a court order and she insisted i would be able to obtain my property. WRONG. I asked her about 5 times , I need a court order??? She acted in rudeness and disgust I questioned her. Sure enough. I get to Florida, sheriff tells me, You need a court order. It gets better! After I spent thousands flying to Tampa trying to obtain my property with no court order. Hotels, Ubers etc....... I get back to New Orleans. She ghosted me! I don't know if she sent me to mess with me ,she was not a nice person, or she was that dumb? Either way I'm out thousands because of this place! It was the worst lawyer experience ever. I hired Brad Scott. Then they throw you over to the second team and you really get screwed. She sent papers to Chase bank asking for stocks. She sent the papers wrong. Guess who got billed to correct her error? Correct, me. Watch out I think it is a con they do on purpose to double bill you! I called in crying after returning from Florida. Brad Scott would not return my call. He just ghosted me. Needless to say I moved on to a great lawyer. Do not listen to Brad Scott.
