A great place with awesome workers!

For the last several months, I’ve tried to contact my attorney paralegal staff. The form of verbal or written communication was Jan. 6, 2024 and I replied on Jan.10, 2024. Call to find out the status of my email and claim by leaving several message to the paralegal voice mail or with the lady that answers the phone, as of today, I have never received none of my calls back. The anxiety and unwelcome feeling I get when I want to call or do call the AKD law firm is a very cringing feeling I don’t like feeling, because I know that the staff is not going to call me back and this has been ongoing for several months. I don’t understand any policy of paying for service to a professional legal team and never getting a return call for a status update on a costumer claim, especially when our paper dollar is getting ready to go digital currency.

I was very impressed with my phone call. I spoke with Ms. Page she was very helpful although they couldn't help me with my case she pointed me in the right direction.
