I chose Cosse Law Firm based on a recommendation and after having a consult. Chip Cosse had initial discussions with me and scheduled doctors and physical therapy appointments to address my injuries. Attorney Alex Dimitry was assigned to my case. We spoke on the phone, and he gathered all of the information he needed from me and answered all of the questions I had. His goal was to get me as healthy as possible, gather the facts of my case, and have me fairly compensated. He anticipated every aspect of my case and hired the proper professionals to assess my vehicle computer and recreate the accident to show that the driver that struck me from the rear should have been able to avoid the collision. He was with me at my deposition and ensured that it was conducted in a professional manner. After my surgery and deposition he followed up with me in regards to my recovery and to explain any developments with my case. I believe I was fairly compensated as a result of Alex's hard work and attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

First time ever being in a car accident where I had to sue for medical, because of horrible back pain. A friend reached out to me, who was a past client of his, and gave me his number. Due to a busy schedule with work I couldn’t ever come to his office for a meeting but he was fine with it and handle everything over the phone which was 10x more helpful with my work schedule. He is still working on getting me more money too! Best lawyer ever, and very helpful with helping you understand everything!

My family and I was involved in a car accident in December 2023. Due to our past negative experiences with other lawyers, we were really nervous about retaining a new one. He stated that his reputation is important to him, he does not advertise; therefore, he only gets business from his clients' recommendations. He also assured us that his portion of the lawsuit will never be more than ours. After a few days of consideration, we decided to retain Mr. Scallan. He gave us his cell phone number so we could contact him directly and not have to wait on return calls. Mr. Scallan was very informative during the whole process. We are very pleased with the outcome of our settlement and would definitely recommend him.
