I had the good fortune to work with Benjamin Misko law offices. By the time I reached out to them I was frustrated, confused and loss. I felt defeated I had already been trying to win my case on my own for a year. Once I decided to get a lawyer I reached out to a few that didn't return my call, gave me the run around or just said no. I found Mr.Misko thru Google search and saw favorable reviews. I decided I would try them and they were my last resort I thought if this didn't work I was giving up on my case. The first time I called I left my information and someone called me back that day and did a intake. The next day i spoke to a associate and got my case started. They told me my case was a challenge but they were willing to work with me and would do there best. They did more than there best they were amazing. Everyone was professional, considerate, and encouraging and did a great job!! Thank you all and Mr.Misko, Ms.Mabel Brignac, and Mr.Aron Weaner for all the great work.

I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of The Law Offices of Benjamin Misko. I am most pleased with the "favorable" outcome of my case. The team (Mable, Aaron and Benjamin) were very professional and prompt. With these types of cases you must discuss personal information and they made me feel most comfortable. My initial concern was that we never actually met in person but they were so thorough and took the time to understand my situation. They never missed a beat! Mr. Ben and his team went above and beyond for me and my case! They were always on top of everything! They treated me like family and never gave up! Mr. Aaron spent hours on the phone with me going over my charts and records and the emails we exchanged were like talking to a friend.
