Trang was wonderful, empathetic, patient, informative, & detailed to take all my info regarding my injury. My left elbow was dislocated & bent completely backwards!! New Orleans MUST fix all their sidewalks!! I am out of work from TWO jobs, not to mention the trauma I went through, additional cost of staying at a hotel longer than expected, ubers I wouldn't normally need to take, and all other additional costs I will now need to incur due to this injury!! I gave 4 stars only because my case was not accepted. However, Trang gets 5 stars! Someone needs the guts to take on New Orleans!!
