I can honestly say, dealing with Mr. Misko has been awesome, to say the least. Even when the days are rough and you don’t know you’re going to pull through and you want answers, but there aren’t any changes your still treated as a person. I had been fighting with this case on my own for 2 years prior to finding Mr. Misko. When I contacted him, the first thing he said was You have a “Princess Case” my response was what do you and he explained it to me. When he did that, it dawned on me why I was exactly where I was having this conversation. I didn’t have all the medical records, information etc. the things you need to win that they don’t tell you about, so I gave him access to my doctors and did whatever he said. An from that moment on he handled his business and did exactly what I hired him to do! In my situation, it could have went either way simple due to politics and my age! In the end my medical records, lack there of work and Mr. Misko doing what he does best. I won with having a very tough judge, that did the best at what if and suppose this. At the end of my hearing, I was dead set that I had lost and would have to appeal the decision. Well we won!! I got exactly, what I should have gotten from day one! So you can say, I am more than satisfied, Mr. Benjamin Misko and his staff!! The service he and his staff provide are needed when handling cases like mine, work ethics, morals, support simply just the way he treats his clients. Is very different than most attorneys, I’ve met. I’ve met my share having worked in the field. He takes pride, not only, in himself, but in his work, the care of his clients and his staff! I was able to see that in the way he handled my case.
