David handled a personal injury case for me after I was hit by another driver while pregnant. It was a stressful and emotional period of my life, especially due to additional physical discomfort caused by the accident. David handled all of my questions professionally and compassionately. His legal writing is compelling, emphatic, throughly researched and professionally aggressive. This is particularly important for settlement demands, which he drafts excellently. It’s why my case settled quickly, out of court and compensated me effectively for my physical and emotional damages. Highly recommend this firm.

Mr. Bowling and his team guided me through a very difficult decision in filling my malpractice lawsuit.
I wasn't sure if I should do this and in the most caring professional manner they helped me with this decision.
I can tell you they are a team that does call you back and they do care and they do keep you informed of all prudent information along the journey.
If you are trying to decide whether you should or should not take this step let David and his team have the chance to speak with you.
I did win my case and I can assure you David does not take a case unless he is in it to win and represent you and your family 100%. He will not hide anything whether good or bad he will share it with you. Don't not file. This is our way of sending doctors and the health industry a message of you better look twice you better double check you better be sure before you make that critical sometimes deadly decision.
Thank you,
Cindy

About three years ago, I was informed by my attorney that he had missed a critical deadline in our copyright case against a major corporation. This failure not only destroyed any chance of my recovering any damages from the corporation, but it also left me responsible for their legal fees. As a result, I was forced to accept the corporation's offer to settle the case. This same attorney advised that I sue his malpractice insurance and informed me I had three years to file suit. As I later learned, the "three-year statute" as mentioned by this attorney was also misinformation. The statute was one year. Thus began my search for a malpractice attorney. Although there is no shortage of malpractice attorneys in Louisiana, I learned very quickly of the many that claim to be malpractice attorneys, those that would sue another attorney were practically nonexistent. I cannot tell you how many malpractice attorneys were interested in my malpractice case only until they were made aware that my suit was against another attorney. My frustrating search finally ended when I called the Bowling Law Firm. After informing the receptionist of my endless search, Zachary Christiansen promptly called me back. Unlike all the other attorneys I had spoken with, Zachary was not disinterested after learning the malpractice suit involved another attorney. I also want to mention that by the time I found Mr. Christiansen, the one-year statute for my lawsuit had long since passed. After reviewing my file, Zachary accepted my case even though there were concerns about the expired statute of limitations. The lawsuit was promptly filed. As the suit progressed, we learned of one more source of misinformation provided by the attorney we were suing for malpractice. The malpractice insurance he claimed to have would not cover my complaint since he works as a defense attorney for the parish. Only those cases provided by the parish through the parish legal defense office were covered.
So let's review, this attorney we have sued for malpractice for missing a critical deadline in the lawsuit he filed, advised me to sue insurance he did not have, and advised me that I had three years to file the suit when I had only one year.
Zachary advised that we settle the case with the attorney since there would be little chance of my collecting damages without the coverage of malpractice insurance. Therefore, I decided to drop the lawsuit. Unfortunately, I collected no damages and Zachary collected no fees, but I want to express my total appreciation to Zachary Christiansen and the Bowling Law Firm for accepting a case that no other attorney would seriously consider. I highly recommend Zachary and the Bowling Lawfirm to all in need of legal advice
