DiGiulio Utley Criminal Defense Attorneys came to my aid in a great time of need. I live out of state and they were able work with the court to prevent many trips back and fourth during the proceedings. They are professional, up front, factual and well connected within the NOLA legal system. You can trust you are in good hands with the advise they render. I will use them again during the expungement process. This team will go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of. We could not have felt more comfortable in a situation of unrest than we did with them.

Dylan is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the local court system in NOLA. Dylan walked me through the arduous process of criminal court. He was in attendance at every hearing and stood in for me on several occasions as I am an out of state resident. His ability to work with the District Attorneys office on a deal was outstanding. Dylan is upfront and factual, never once did I not know what was happening, what to expect or how to proceed. My past experience with attorney's has been that often they always had something more important to be doing than resolving my issue. Mr. Utley and his firm exceeded all expectations. On my first call to this firm, the phone was answered right away. For a matter that I would have expected to take over a month or so to have resolved, they had completed in 3 days!! Within a few hours I had the Judge signed documents e-mailed to me. Throughout the 3 days, I was updated by text or phone call at least once a day. My only complaint is that he doesn’t practice in Texas (where I’m from)! Over all truly impressed with this lawyer!
