Townsend was the first attorney that I talked to who was actually knowledgeable regarding issues with TSA. Twonsend was able to provide me immediate answers to my questions and explain in detail all areas of concern relating to my circumstances. I retained Twonsend’s services and it was the best decision I could have made. He handled all of the details for me and as a busy businessman I appreciated the value that He brought by taking the burden out of my hands.

My family contacted Townsend when I got arrested for an illegitimate charge. Townsend got me out of jail immediately, and in court he appeared for me and got all my charges dropped. My Wife and I went to New Orleans for spring vacation to spend time with some family who was in the area and have some Drinks on Bourbon St. It was an enjoyable time until we found out how crooked NOLA PD cant be. Long story My wife got a battery charge and public intoxication, and I wasn't leaving her alone with the cops so they charged me with interfering with a police investigation.She just taped the cop on the arm to get his attention and they charged her she is no criminal. When our vacation was coming to a close we decided to drive back to Wisconsin. We had the decision to make either we drive back down to go to court just to plea guilty or not. At that point we tried to talk the courts in to letting us take care of this over the phone, ya right that wasn't happening. So we sought out legal advice. Townsend Myers listened and basically said sounds like you could just stay home and let me take care of this. He came up with a price which we found to be a very fair. Townsend also was confident at trial he could see to the charges getting dropped. When the court date came to just put in a simple plea, he read the police report and worked on the prosecutor and actually had the charges dropped on the spot. To think we were considering driving down to plea guilty just to not have to deal with this issue and put it behind us. We are both more than happy with the results this man achieved, he saved us money,time,and the stress of dealing with the courts. Not only that,but he got the case dismissed and we don't have the charges on our record. Oh and it also feels pretty good to fight back against crooked cops from a city that makes plenty off of tourists like us.
