After having been knowingly put into a job by an employer that recognized a recurring toxic situation and failed to disclose that information, there was a major rift. This precipitated an unfair firing and it was declared a such due to at "at will" status of employment. Casey Denson Law went to work swiftly and succinctly to address all concerns and determine a legal course of action to combat the employer's claims as well as litigate those claims in negotiations. I am beyond pleased with the settlement, high value and especially quality of care I received in a seemingly (as I was told by the employer) unwinnable situation. I highly recommend this firm for employment law and standing up for the rights of the "little guy" vs a corporate entity.
