He wasn't available to us after he took our money. His staff is rude and unprofessional. They threw our case in the back burner. I knew of 2 other immigration cases similar to ours and those people obtained their resident card 2 yrs before us. Stay away from his office and their piss poor attitude. He was attentive on the consult and after that it was all over. We pressed them to get our case going.
