I look around New Orleans area from months for an attorney to handle my case. Many of them didn't even try to help. After talking to them about my case they were all busy, or didn't return my phone call. I'm so glad and thankful that I came across Weiser Law Firm. They really eased my mind, taking all the stress that I had to face with my case. Professional and timely at its best, may I add, very affordable. I could count on one hand the amount of times I have ever written a review. After dealing with Weiser Law Firm, I saw it absolutely necessary to make time to write this. If I could sum up my experience with how Mr. Weiser and his team handled my case I would say: Phenomenal! If you are looking for an exceptional law firm, look no further. I sought out the firm because I needed to get a divorce. I had a previous bad experience and was looking for a law firm who would get the job done right. The first person I spoke to was Ms. Aryna, the legal assistant. She was very knowledgeable and she filled in the gaps in my understanding pertaining to my case. Furthermore, she answered any questions I had. Next, I spoke to Mr. Weiser. Immediately, I could tell he was someone who was thorough and wanted to handle matters by the book. When I decided to hire the firm, they were timely in their response and they always kept me updated. The high level of professionalism I experienced with all my interactions was truly refreshing. I wish I had hired them the first time I was looking for a lawyer. If you are thinking about hiring Weiser law firm, do it!!

If I could zero stars I would! Harold was a joke of a lawyer when he represented my wife in a custody battle. His office was a messy disaster when my wife and I went to sign the original petition. That should've set off the alarm but we decided to give Harold a shot. BIG MISTAKE! Harold's paralegal was kind and informative, but Harold himself as a lawyer looked like a guppy in a shark tank. When we went to trial, he was unprepared, and looked out of his league. He didn't meet with us before the hearing and didn't know the names of our family members. That's kind of a big deal when we ask him to represent our family. During the hearing, he looked lost and confused. Spent most of the time on his cell phone and at one point pulled out his credit card and bought something! When it came time for cross examination of my wife's ex husband...he asked two insignificant questions, then turns to my wife and I and asks us what else he should ask! He's the lawyer for crying out loud! He should've been prepared and had more questions ready. This shows how "dedicated" he was to representing us. I understand it's a small law office and he has more than just one case to handle, but when you are relied on to represent a family, I would hope you put more effort into actually representing them and knowing the facts of the case. If you want shotty representation, terrible communication and no chance, hire this guy...
