The phone interview says it all, they only seem to be in something for policy limits of insurance. Not interested in helping, just getting paid.

I have a great personal injury lawsuit, but these guys only want to 'put the Womac on them' slip-and-falls and rear-ends. In other words, they want easy money and don't want to work for it. I guess I should be happy that they didn't want my case. My case settlement is LARGE!!! The thing is... I have to get a jury to award it to me. I needed a lawyer that is experienced in going to trial - not one that fears trials and will accept anything to settle out of court. If you have a lawsuit and want a BIG settlement, you're going to have to go to trial. That's the only way! When you settle out of court, you are getting the lowest settlement that the 2 lawyers from each side can negotiate to and agree on. And remember this... They want to call you "their client". You are hiring them to handle a legal proceeding for you - they are your client! They work for you! (Well... Some of them work..) Some just want to play golf and wait for the insurance company to call with an "offer". Are you really going to let them take almost 40% to play golf and wait for an offer from the insurance company??? Crazy!!! Before you hire any lawyer, ask them 'how many times have they been to trial?" Get a lawyer that has trial experience - and WANTS to go to trial!!! Don't hire an 'assembly line' law firm like Bart, Hingle, Deleo and others that promise a "quick check ". Are you really going to let the assembly line lawyers take 40% of $30,000 when you can let a trial-experienced lawyer get 40% of $1,250,000? Take it to trial! And don't be fooled when these guys tell you, "They're offering $33,000. If we go to trial, we might not get anything. Something is better than nothing. If we do go to trial, your injury only pays $7,500. You better take it while you can!" Don't fall for it! If the insurance company is offering $33,000, it's because they know they will lose in court, and will have to pay court costs and fees and their attorney's fees - in addition to your $175,000! Go hire a real personal injury TRIAL lawyer!!! Take it from me - I was upset when they wouldn't take my case because I thought these guys were the best, and I wanted the best. But now I found that these guys always settle out of court and have no trial experience - and would rather not have to work for their money! This is my experience and my rating and review of this assembly-line law firm!
