After sustaining damage in Hurricane Ida, and getting an insurance settlement that didn't begin to cover the cost of repairs, I applied for an SBA loan. Once approved, I had to sign a mountain of paperwork and needed a notary with short notice. I called Carmen at Chip Forstall's office, who told me to come in at my convenience. She and notary Delaney helped me organize my paperwork, sign the appropriate documents, and even provided witnesses from the law office staff! Carmen offered to scan the entire packet to my personal email so I wouldn't have to worry about making copies. A couple weeks later, I was told that I failed to have one document filed with the clerk of court's office, so I had to go back to the law office, where once again Carmen and Delaney came to my rescue. They made me feel like I was the most important client in the world. I was treated courteously, professionally, and expeditiously. I highly recommend Chip Forstall's law office and wouldn't hesitate to seek their assistance in the future. Thanks again, Carmen and Delaney! You were life-savers!
