I was the executive manager at Jones Walkers many years and I have to honestly say it isn’t the cleanest of work places and the people aren’t the friendliest.

I was very scared and didn't know what to do after my accident. Spoke with Mr. Wright and he calmed me down and told me everything will be ok. 5 mins later Nicole called me and walked me through everything, even answered my dumb questions. She was with me every step of the way. I didn't feel like I was just a number, she made me feel like I was family. They are the best and if I ever need them again, I wont hesitate to call.

Customer service is horrible when calling their office. They don't return calls until you call back to back. Worked on my caae for two months before they told me that they couldn't take my case because I'm in another state.

When crisis happened that day I needed an attorney, Elizabeth B. Carpenter responded with complete confidence and immediate care. She made me feel that everything was going to be alright guiding me through legal procedures.

I couldn't recommend a better lawyer than Mrs. (Elizabeth) Carpenter. PERIOD. Seriously, to anyone reading these reviews, she is Knowledgeable and kind. Yes I said KIND. She will listen to you and REPRESENT you authentically. She has been so understanding with allowing me to pay her at a comfortable pace, which is a godsend. She has great communication, and she really, REALLY saved me out of what seemed a insurmountable legal situation. She represented me in a legal situation revolving around an illegal search and siezure by Jefferson Parish Police; who, after breaking many laws and my personal, civil liberties used fear and intimidation tactics, to the point of straight up lying and covering up evidence. I was devistated but Elizabeth believed in me and continued to fight for my rights. In my experience with past lawyers, I found they can become jaded overtime. Due to the stressful and overwhelming nature of there work, a lot of lawyers can be rude and/or condescending, in both attitude and demeanor; however, working with Elizabeth this was farthest from the case. Her caring and attentive attitude towards my case eased a serious amount of my worries/anxiety during the proceedings, and restored my faith in lawyers overall. At the end my case was reduced to simple fees. I don't know how I could have gotten through this without her representation. Do yourself a favor and give her a call!
