I cannot say enough good things about Attorney Toledano. After getting severely ill from a post viral condition, in 2019, I was denied my LTD benefits, twice. I researched an ERISA Attorney and (I was already weary on Lawyers in general) found great reviews on him. I was skeptical, as I live in Massachusetts, which is far from New Orleans, but Reagan made the process super easy. The one thing that I like most about Attorney Toledano, is that we work together as a team. He is super personal and empathic. He got me approved for my LTD benefits and retro-active payments as well. Reagan, is extremely professional without a big lawyer "ego." We continue to navigate the complexities of the Insurance World, but I couldn't do it with anybody else. Again, I can't reiterate enough how much of a fabulous Attorney Reagan Toledano really is.

I was denied of my rights by my insurance Disability office. If you have been also. You shouldn't look no further contact The Toledano Disability Law Office. I had contact the Willeford & Toledano office to see if they could've helped me with my case. His secretary answers and she was very friendly, we spoke for a bit. She ask me a few question and went from there. Reagan Toledano then reached out to discuss the matter. One of his first question was How Are You Doing?. Right there he showed me that he cared. Right there i knew and decided for this man to represent me. He is a wonder person, he listens and understood my case. Every time we speak he has the answers and if he doesn't you better bet he will be on it and find out within the same day or the next. Very professional. They work fast. They are very professional. I know my case may take a while to get settled because I have a few injuries but I am very confident that I will get a nice amount.

My son gave over 9k to their firm, and no written preparation for trial or questioning was ready for day of trial. Good Lawyers prepare for the worst. If this is who your stuck with, get your money's worth, make sure they prepare for trial, prepare you for questioning, and give you quality time. And if you can't give quality time to your clients, you have too many clients, too many clients you'll lose more cases.

Very professional office staff.

I met with a lawyer from this firm by name of Copper Hirsch. This liar gave me the run around for over a year but instead of saying he could not help me at all he gave me the run around and NEVER followed up so I most definitely got the notion he can care less and stopped reaching out. What makes me uncomfortable is that I provided socials and everything just to hear him say to me the last time I spoke with him after chuckling a little “ You’re persistent…. I’ll give you a call” I do not recommend you go with this firm or try to avoid copper hirsch and his go to associate about your serious matter. Stay Safe, Be Bless and Prayed Up ALWAYS
