My overall experience with Montiel Hodge was nothing short of amazing! I initially was with a different law firm for almost a year, but due to my dissatisfaction, I sought out a different firm. That’s when I was referred to Montiel Hodge. Honestly, I was a bit reluctant and hesitant because of the legal process that I was involved with at the time. However, I decided to take a chance on Montiel Hodge and I am so happy that I did ! As soon as my information was transferred over, they got right on it. I saw tremendous progress in a matter of 3 weeks than I had seen in almost a year. I can’t express how professional, knowledgeable, sincere, and dedicated they were. Lastly, I am big on communication and I’m sure they were very busy, but that didn’t stop them from giving me updates and information in a timely manner . I am truly happy with the outcome and I want to send a special thank you to Mr. Jack Griffin.

Getting an appointment set up and meeting with an attorney was so easy. She seemed very knowledgeable and offered excellent advice in my immigration issue, which allowed me to put a lot of worries and concerns to rest. Bad immigration lawyers come a dime a dozen these days and I'm glad I found a good one.

If I could give negative stars I would. They were hired as a third party to conduct oath hearings for a break in where my kids could have been home. After 3 months of no communication and messing me around the lawyer is doing shady things as talking to personnel without being under oath to twist the story to say I was home doing burglary. I have submitted phone record and also they can pull tower pings to show that I was never there but instead the lawyer is prolonging the investigation when they have police report and all evidence. The incident was during Xmas time so I was not able to give my kids the Xmas they deserved due to several things were taking out the house. They show no sympathy and compassion as they treat veterans like they do not have a family of their own. I wish they could stop playing games to try and undermine and save the company they work for money by short cutting the customers. The matter in which they do business is unacceptable as us regular people have families just like them.

My experience with Montiel Hodge could not have been better. Everyone we came across was professional, compassionate, and showed an expertise in their field. They could not have been more helpful navigating me through every part of the process so I could feel informed and involved. We primarily worked with Landis Silva Prestigiacomo and we could not have been happier. The time and effort she spent on my case showed me that every attorney at Montiel Hodge really cares about their clients and will stop at nothing to make sure they are taken care of. Even after our case was settled she would follow up to make sure and answer any of our remaining questions. I will recommend Montiel Hodge Law Firm to anyone in need in the future.

I have had the best experience with Montel Hodge. Not only do they make us feel important and explain every step of the way of what’s going on, and what to expect. We were given the best advice and they fought hard for our case. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful, and especially Landis, she was the main one who walked us through everything and kept us informed about our case. This firm was great at handling my claim. Landis in particular is the most patient and and thorough person we have dealt with! Courtney answering the phone is always so sweet. This firm was so patient with all my questions.
