Be carful of obtaining this firms services. Spoke with the attorney in November, and he said he would start to get the ball rolling and get answers. Just a few weeks later he withdrew from my case after 2yrs of being on the case. As you may or not know, after a lawyer withdraws from a case, most firms will not touch your case. Would hate for anyone to go through what I’m experiencing. This attorney never contacted me about anything regarding my case. I had to contact him to see what was going on after not hearing from him in over a 1yr.

My experience with this firm was so terrible I’m considering starting a campaign against them receiving new clients! If you are not a BIG CASE for them you will be treated as if your case means absolutely NOTHING! although they’ll be getting a FAIR percentage of your settlement you’ll have to stay on top of THEM because the communication level here is BEYOND reasonable with paralegal support. I have TWO cases with this firm one being a car accident and another being a clear clotted ON VIDEO slip and fall caused by negligence from my apartment owners after ONE YEAR of work orders going unanswered. Pretty decent case to have on your desk but it was treated like NOTHING because I didn’t have to have surgery or anything. The car accident case which was pretty straight forward I was hit took an entire year and I was given EVERY EXCUSE YOU CAN IMAGINE for the process , sometimes just nothing. After agreeing to take less and my lawyer Mr. Vincent Impastato agreeing to lower his percentage as well we FINALLY came to a settlement. I professionally asked my lawyer if it was okay that I saw the checks before they were deposited into the firms account and that’s when EVERYTHING went wrong. From that day it took 35 days for the check to get in. Then when it got in. I was told it would take at least three days to clear with the bank. After three days of course I had to reach out for that status and at that point was told I would have to wait another three days because he was unaware no one would be in the office to sign the check , then you would think because I’ve waited almost 40 days for a settlement after it was agreed upon and pushed back repeatedly that I would get a first thing in the morning appointment Monday morning to get this handled. I was told come in AFTER lunch at 1:30pm as if ANY court is open right now during Convid-19. I’m a REPEATED client with this company and even referred TWO clients to them as well but my problem did not start until my lawyer was changed due to my original lawyer passing off cases. Believe me , I’m FORCED to give one star because I don’t believe it’s worth that! I will be doing WHATEVER I can to make sure this treatment isn’t presented to anyone else. READ THE REVIEWS!!! Go somewhere else!!!

Useless. The only help I got was from an intern in the office. I had to attend to my deceased father's affairs without him. Wondering how much money my father gave away to this guy.

Professional attorneys and legal staff that I needed on my side after I was rear ended. They helped me navigate the medical bills and dealt with the insurance company. All I had to do is show up for my doctor's and physical therapy appointments. I hope I'm never in a car accident again but if I am, I will be giving them a call.

Jeff Berniard was a proffesional in every aspect of my case. From the initial interview he was clear and concise with all answers to my questions. He always answered each phone call and email diligently and got results. He knew exact timelines to make the case expidite and negotiated a settlement with defendants in a timely manner without having to go to court.
