It was reassuring to have a knowledgeable Attorney fighting on my behalf. My attorney made sure I had excellent medical care after my auto accident and back injury . He was quick to respond to my question and concerns and made sure I was made whole again.

I had a fairly difficult case, it was extensive and had a lot of details to work out. The attorney that I was assigned has worked hard to get every detail figured out in order to help me receive the maximum benefits available. My case is still open and ongoing, but the attorney has ensured that I receive partial settlements as my case progresses. The only negative issue I have experienced thus far is that the time line I have been provided. I was originally told that my case should be closed and settled by February of 2018, and the date has been pushed back several times. Now I think I am looking at August 2018 at the earliest. But this is understandable considering the large amount of details (both minor and major) involved in my case, and the attorney is exploring every avenue possible to ensure that I receive the maximum benefits possible. Also, it is difficult to get in touch with my assigned attorney at times, but I expect that with any attorney at any firm. Overall, I am very pleased with the way my case is being handled, and how thorough the attorney is with every aspect of the case. I would recommend Morris Bart, my attorney, and his firm to anyone.

I had excellent service with my lawyer Esmeralda and her assistant Mindy. These two ladies kept me up to date on my accident claim and was always willing to help in any way they could. Hopefully I will not have to use the Morris Bart agency but if I do I know who to call. I will definitely recommend the Morris Bart agency to all of my family and friends. To bad I can only give 5 stars these ladies and the agency deserves much more. Janice
