The office staff was always professional and helpful. Matthew Hemmer was very patient and explained each part of the process in detail. His calming demeanor made the experience as pleasant as possible. I'm glad I made the call and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

My wife was hit by an 18 wheeler. My 1 year old son was in the back. No one was hurt but Morris sent us to several doctors who were all very willing to claim injury. She was pregnant so couldn't do an mri, she also couldn't make the numerous doctor appointments since she didn't have a vehicle. After nearly 2 years she got $1500, which the car damage was $4500. It's all a scam to milk the insurance company and to pay the fraudulent doctors. It's a shame we couldn't even repair her car and it's a shame there's so many Morris Barts out there milking this scam for millions. The doctors are preselected since they are in on the scam. Only in America.
