Mr. Cohn defended me when I was commanded by the Louisiana Office of Community Development to repay a portion of grant funds that the Office miscalculated after hurricane Katrina. Many honest grantees were being pressed to return "overpayments" unjustly. Mr. Cohn stood up for me and others like me, to relieve us this unfair tactic.
