There aren't enough words to express the gratitude and appreciate we have for Alex, Jacques, Ashley, Brian..... EVERYONE at Marcelle Robertson Mestayer. They were with us every step of the way -- answering questions and addressing concerns before we even knew we had them. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and never had and issue with explaining what to expect and how the whole process worked. All lines of communication (phone calls, emails, text messages) were always open, and there was never a delay in their response time. They treated us like they appreciated having us as clients and worked hard to make sure we got the results we were looking for! Alex was both HONEST and friendly, and those qualities went a long way with helping us feel comfortable and not having to worry about the outcome of case. The entire firm was transparent and fair where financial matters were concerned, and there were no surprises, hidden fees, or extravagant costs showing up after the fact.
