If you are looking for a law firm that has a personal relationship with their clients and will know your case as if they lived it, this is the law-firm for you. Not only are these guys GREAT at what they do, they also connect with you on a personal level. I really feel like they were a blessing to my family in the midst of a terrible Hurricane insurance company dispute.

Hell, if you could give someone a Ten-Star rating, you might as well give it to Jacques and the rest of the gang. After trying to get through to my insurance company for nearly a year after Hurricane Ida, a family friend put me in touch with Jacques and the team. After a month of them handling the situation, they had already broke ground with the stubborn insurance company and gotten a dollar figure out of them for my home/property damages. Unfortunately, the insurance company went under after obtaining only a portion of the funds for the repairs, however after being very persistent with LIGA, and what was left of my insurance company, Jacques was able to secure the remaining funds. While it was a head ache dealing with my mortgage company to receive the funds, Jacques and the team stuck through and kept it professional and down to earth. Ultimately pushing for the funds in which the mortgage company would have just held onto, despite repairs being paid out of my own pocket. As someone who doesn't really care for attorneys, I think it's safe to say that I would call these guys back the next time I'm in a situation with my insurance company, versus trying to handle it myself. Ultimately while it was a waiting game between the mortgage company and repairs being paid out, it would not have been possible without Jacques and the gang. Special shout out to Ashley Bowers - The Paralegal who does more than she should have to do, you would think she is also one of the attorneys on the case, despite her position. Give that girl a raise, a beer, and a beignet.

The Chopin Law Firm LLC is the best personal injury law firm to work with when going through the adversities that come with being injured, trying to recover, and survive. From our first meeting, the entire staff that I met (including Michael (Mike) Letourneau, Justin Chopin, Richard Chopin, and Brenna Martin) were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and reassuring that they would do more than their best to assist me. Mike explains everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. They have continued to pursue what's due to me unceasingly. My attorney name was Mark. He was excellent, always returned my calls in a timely manner. He was very respectful and helpful. Most attorneys think you work for them, not the other way around. The Chopin Law Firm is not like that. I highly recommend them and I would hire them again if necessary.
