I came to Mr.Yang's office with a declined H1b petition that could jeopardize my career here in the U.S. I wasn't sure if I should go for the appeal since the chance of winning the appeal has been extremely low, but Mr.Yang re-affirmed my confidence in going for the appealing using his past experience and he did rest of the job very professionally and in timely manner. The approval notice of my H1b from the USCIS came in 2 months after we filed the appeal. Needless to say, it wouldn't have been here if not for Mr.Yang's hard work and professionalism.

Free consultation is awesome. He gives clear answers to all your questions at the first consultation, not like other lawyers who confuse you even in paid consultation session and make your case so complicated so as to make more money out of you. I paid two other lawyers for their first consultation and none of them clearly told me that they could handle my visa application with confidence. Mr. Yang is a very professional lawyer for immigration. He helped me submitted both NIW and eb1a, and both of them were approved. To be honest, I don't think my background is very strong for eb1a.
