Max took the time to find out all the details of my business needs and make sure I get started on the right foot. I really felt like he personally cares about the success of my start-up and was thorough in helping me set up my LLC and liability waivers/disclaimers as well as work through some other confusing red-tape regarding local rules/regulations/taxes.

Max is the first attorney I've worked with as a new business owner, so naturally I was a bit nervous (it's intimidating!). Luckily, he could not have been more helpful or accommodating of my needs. He was careful to walk me through every step of the process of registering my LLC and even offered suggestions of what my next moves should be for the health of my new business. Additionally, he never pressured me, and made certain to be considerate of my limitations as someone just starting out. The whole process was painless and Max was a pleasure to work with-- I'd recommend him to anyone (even the most hesitant business newbie) and will certainly be using his services again in the future.

My Name is Capt Dennie Maddox . one of the hardest decision I ever had to make was to hire a firm to help me with my medical condition caused by my on the job injury I am a 1600 ton master that has been in the oil field all my life my dad was a Captain when I was born I had never felt so let down abandoned kicked to the curb as we in the oil field say by the Company which I poured out my heart and sole into working for some years 300 plus days or more . still till this day I cant believe that they would put anything before an employees health and well being especially me I work over many hitches and always came running when they needed help never late not even one time for crew change but when I need them the most they let me down not wanting to get me to the doctors I needed. I am extremely impressed with this program, I did some research about the award program prior to applying thinking it was too good to be true or that there was some kind of bait and switch to the program. Well this was absolutely not the case whatsoever. My overall impression with the The Young Firm is this award program is a great service to the Maritime Community as we all know that Licensing and Endorsements to such Licensing is very costly to the Mariner and or their Employers.

I had NO idea where to start when I was setting up my new company. I have been referring oil rig injury and maritime cases, and working with Tim Young at The Young Firm, and prior to that, his father, Robert Young, for 28 years. The Young Firm has always done an excellent job litigating and trying cases against the big oil companies. They care about their clients and do their best to ensure their clients receive just compensation for their injuries. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Alabama Association for Justice (formerly Alabama Trial Lawyers), I am aware of many choices out there to represent injured maritime workers, but I have not considered working with anyone else.

George (Vourvoulias) is the best lawyer I have ever seen. In my rather short adulthood I have retained 13 attorneys for various reasons. This is the only attorney I've ever seen do something. In my previous run ins with lawyers I've found that they had me doing half of their work and if something was too difficult for them to do they'd just say it was impossible. George doesn't do this because the man knows his law. He's accessible (by phone, email and even text), very friendly and just plain good at what he does. He's up to date on every new law, even ones in the making. I've never been so satisfied with an attorney's work and results as I have with George. He hates to lose like any lawyer but it's enough to drive him to actually do what it takes to win. This is my new go to guy!
