Oliver REALLY took amazing care of me! He is readily available, very patient, affordable, and will be very open and honest about all of your options. He will fight very hard for you and will try his hardest to get things resolved as soon as possible. He's a great guy, and no matter the circumstance, he'll treat you with respect.
