When I was told on July 18th my son was locked up for two counts.. I immediately said no Devil not my son. I asked God to help me find a lawyer I came across Mr.Carter's profile and I had no idea where to start, so I called and he told me to come in and I did. He listened to every word I said. James handled my car accident case this past year against two different insurance companies. He is the best. Hands down the most responsive, and easy to work with attorney. He answered my calls right away, and really took the time to explain things to me throughout the case so I felt comfortable with our strategy and everything that was happening. He was able to settle my case just this past month for more than ten times what I was originally offered by the first insurance company. James is an intelligent lawyer and looks out for his clients above all else. I hired James after I was hit by a car in a parking lot. The other driver back up quickly without looking and knocked me to the ground. James was able to get all of my medical expenses paid for by the other driver's insurance company and I received a pain and suffering settlement as well that I was most pleased with. I was in a car accident about a year ago in New Orleans. My car actually rolled over and I was hurt pretty bad. The other driver involved in the accident was at fault, but the adjuster from their insurance company kept trying to find ways to blame me, and gave me such a hard time about paying for my medical bills, so I started looking for a lawyer. I am so glad that I found James. He took over, got the insurance company to back off, and was able to get me a great settlement that I was very happy with.
