I have the privilege to work with LaMarre and by far the best I know. He has helped me with my custody case and my child support case and both have come out successful. I am very happy with the results. I’m enjoying my son more then ever. With good communication, he was able to come to agreements and more. He tells me things straight to the point and what are the possibilities on things. Thank you very much.

Mr. Elder was exceptional! I set up a consultation with his office in the morning and he was able to meet with me that same evening. After our consultation, he worked on my custody case immediately. Mr. Elder remained in communication with me and always contacted me with updated information. Mr. Elder was very honest with me and never over promised. Mr. Elder's work truely speaks for itself. He's very knowledgeable of the work in his field. He tells you exactly what you should and shouldn't do along with what you can expect during the entire process. Mr. Elder keeps you updated and well brushed on the key point as well as how the court normally handles things. He is honest with you and tells you when things could be done in a better manner. I can't recall one time where Mr. Elder told me something just because it was what I wanted to hear. He gives you the information in ways you can understand along with great advice and feedback.

I was impressed with the complete professionalism of Mr. Elder whom I contacted Monday Jan. 10 at approximately 4pm. From the moment I contacted his office I noticed his respectable tone, he appointed a time for my phone consultation along with expectations and purpose. Meaning no nonsense. Lamarre Elder is a brilliant attorney. I found him online & gave him a call explained my situation which is a very unique one & one that was also an uphill battle, he spent 45 minutes explaining possible scenario’s & had extensive knowledge of the judges, hearing officers etc we would be infront of. I couldn’t wait to pay him to get started (just off the phone call) I could tell he was the leader I needed to get me thru this war & he delivered!! I’m a black male who’s been trying to be a part of my daughters life since her mom and I split up 4 years ago. I’ve taken her to court before but she kept finding ways to slip through the cracks. She would move from state to state with my child and wouldn’t let me know where she was, never respond to text messages or phone calls, and if she did the conversation was dictated. I hired Mr. Lamarre to handle my custody case and I supplied him with all the evidence of what I had been going through. He then asked me to do a couple of things. Like keep a written log of every interacting or attempt to connect and also making sure it was feasible for my daughter to be with me. I handled my side of the bargain and so did he. He recognized what she had been doing for all this time without me saying much. He also let me know for the first time that I nor my child had to go through that. Long story short.. He is extremely empathetic while still giving the facts and making sure you are 100% aware of where you stand in your case. He did an excellent job of preparing me for our hearing and made sure that we went into it being more than prepared. He is extremely patient and was always willing to answer my thousands of questions. I highly recommend!
