From day one, Megan exceeded expectations. I’ve never needed to hire an attorney before, but when I was hit driving down the crazy streets of Nola, I found myself in need of one. TV lawyers not really being my style, I perused Facebook and found Kiefer & Kiefer. When I communicated to her that I couldn’t really meet her at her office due to my car being in the shop, she offered to come to me. She gave me a consultation and we discussed my case at length. I always felt like I was being heard and that my concerns were being addressed. She never excluded me from anything and always kept me in the loop. Megan really went above and beyond for me. I was called, texted, and emailed updates. If something was delayed, she always told me the reason behind it. I truly believe she had my back and my best interests at heart. I wish I had found Megan before I hired my previous attorney. Dealing with multiple incidents, I hired attorney (X) in hopes to take care of my case. Unfortunately 2 years past and a finger was not lifted. THANKFULLY, I found Megan approaching my 3rd year since the accident. She was professional and friendly. She was able to take on a complex case that had been stagnant for years and get it moving quickly. Not to mention accommodate for my adjusting lifestyle as a new mom.
