I highly recommend Reagan Toledano to be your attorney! Over the years I have had to seek the assistance and representation from at least six attorneys (for various reasons) and I can honestly say that Reagan was the ONLY ONE that I have been satisfied with. Reagan took my case regarding an insurance claim after two previous attorneys botched it up and I can honestly say that I wish so much that I had Reagan first. He really knows insurance law (as his specialty). I knew from my first conversation with him that he was different. He allowed me to explain (at length) the details of my insurance case and he actually listened! Reagan really knows his stuff! He is well versed in the intricacies of Insurance Law and he was able to explain everything to me in a way that I understood. He has an admirable attention to detail and he kept me abreast of the status of my case as it progressed. Reagan is an honest, respectful, and empathetic attorney who tells it like it is and I highly recommend him!

Mr. Toledano has helped me with my disability claim. I had fought the disability insurance company on my own and lost. Once I hired Mr. Toledano, he worked to make the disability insurance company reinstate my benefits. Although all of my exams, Doctors, and Physical Therapist state I am unable to work, the insurance company had their own Doctor examine me and say I could work. If Mr. Toledano had not fought for me, I would still be without my benefits.

Reagan and his team are very detailed, patient and caring. It is already an emotional and challenging transition in life and career to have to stop work due to a disability but to have to battle an insurance company alone is unthinkable. The insurance world is far too complicated and stressful to process without the help of the help of an honest and always available staff like Reagan and Kim. I worked 30 years before I became disabled. I was on long term disability for a few years and the insurance company decided to stop paying. I talked to a few of the big law firms but when they found out it was a Louisiana case they said they couldnt do it. One of them gave me the number for Toledano and I am glad they did. Reagan is great. He took care of the appeal for me and won it easily.

I didn’t think I would need sn attorney after 10 years on disability but I did. I was out there floating alone and fighting the battle for the wrongful termination of my benefits. The most important job for an attorney, in my opinion, is to make things happen. Reagan got requests for documents out immediately upon taking my case. He quickly evaluated what took place on my claim prior to the cessation of benefits by The Hartford. I became an injury claim/liability insurance adjuster in 1988, so I thought I understood the claims process. I’ve learned that ERISA cases are different, and thankfully Reagan was there to develop the evidence necessary to win my appeal. I was referred to Reagan by another attorney, who recognized his expertise in this area. I am forever grateful for all the time, energy, and hard-work, that he put into my case. After having suffered without disability income (from a policy I helped pay for), Reagan won my appeal!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Attorney Toledano. After getting severely ill from a post viral condition, in 2019, I was denied my LTD benefits, twice. I researched an ERISA Attorney and (I was already weary on Lawyers in general) found great reviews on him. I was skeptical, as I live in Massachusetts, which is far from New Orleans, but Reagan made the process super easy.
