Smiley Injury is a very nice lawfirm. They randomly mail me cute gifts, and they will quickly answer any questions you may have. Carla who works there is extremely informative, caring, and demonstrates professionalism. Smiley law firm is currently handling 2 cases for me. So far they are handling all of my needs, and keeping the lines of communication open. I would highly recommend this law firm because they will fight for you.

A true FIVESTAR review. Mr. Desiah is one of the easiest lawyers you could possibly work with. He's friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable and tells you how it is from the jump. From the get go he was up front, never sugar coated anything and always kept me forewarned almost as if he knew the future 🤣. I never wanted to have to get a lawyer because of past experiences that I've seen others go through. I've seen lawyers not talk to a client for months on end with the client not knowing which way the case is going, I've seen lawyers play games and be greedy. With Travis that was a none issue he kept me informed every step of the way and I ended this experience with much more than a lawyer, I've also gained a life long friend.......and a very sizeable settlement lol. If you're looking for a lawyer who won't spew nonsense, tells it how it is, keeps you in the loop, is knowledgeable aaaaaaand actually cares i suggest you go the Desiah route.
