Regan Toledano went way out of his way to help me. Even though he doesn't take the kind of case that I have he took the time to speak with me and try and help me find the representation that I need. I was trying to get some kind of ssi this is something I know very little about. Lawyers are specialists so this is difficult. I am well versed in how the law works not who to hire. He is helping me with this.

I highly recommend Reagan Toledano. I had to file a disability claim, a benefit provided by my employer. Before I received the first denial letter, I consulted with an attorney who didn’t return phone calls and seemed not to be interested, so I made the mistake of trying to fight the insurance company myself. They kept blowing me off and after receiving the final denial letter I didn’t think any attorney would accept the challenge of cleaning up my mess. But being determined, I contacted Mr. Toledano. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. After years of difficult times, I felt comfort after our first conversation. It was very obvious he knew what he was doing. He accepted my case, quickly moved it through despite the pandemic, and I am very happy with the results. I give him 5 stars.

I called Regan Toledano after searching for an attorney to assist me with a disability issue. I live in another town and he made everything so easy. I had disability insurance with the company I worked for and paid for the insurance for several years. I was off work do to a unrelated work illness. The company paid for a few weeks and just stopped paying my claim. Regan took time to fight for me, they finally agreed to pay what they owed on the short term claim. The claim then went to long term once again Regan came to the rescue. He fought again and was able to make Cigna pay the claim as they should. I highly recommend Reagan Toledano to be your attorney! Over the years I have had to seek the assistance and representation from at least six attorneys (for various reasons) and I can honestly say that Reagan was the ONLY ONE that I have been satisfied with. Mr. Toledano has helped me with my disability claim. I had fought the disability insurance company on my own and lost. Once I hired Mr. Toledano, he worked to make the disability insurance company reinstate my benefits. Although all of my exams, Doctors, and Physical Therapist state I am unable to work, the insurance company had their own Doctor examine me and say I could work. If Mr. Toledano had not fought for me, I would still be without my benefits.

Reagan and his team are very detailed, patient and caring. It is already an emotional and challenging transition in life and career to have to stop work due to a disability but to have to battle an insurance company alone is unthinkable.
