I highly recommend Reagan Toledano to be your attorney! Over the years I have had to seek the assistance and representation from at least six attorneys (for various reasons) and I can honestly say that Reagan was the ONLY ONE that I have been satisfied with. Mr. Toledano has helped me with my disability claim. I had fought the disability insurance company on my own and lost. Once I hired Mr. Toledano, he worked to make the disability insurance company reinstate my benefits. Although all of my exams, Doctors, and Physical Therapist state I am unable to work, the insurance company had their own Doctor examine me and say I could work. If Mr. Toledano had not fought for me, I would still be without my benefits.

I worked 30 years before I became disabled. I was on long term disability for a few years and the insurance company decided to stop paying. I talked to a few of the big law firms but when they found out it was a Louisiana case they said they couldnt do it. One of them gave me the number for Toledano and I am glad they did. The most important job for an attorney, in my opinion, is to make things happen. Reagan got requests for documents out immediately upon taking my case. He quickly evaluated what took place on my claim prior to the cessation of benefits by The Hartford. I became an injury claim/liability insurance adjuster in 1988, so I thought I understood the claims process. I’ve learned that ERISA cases are different, and thankfully Reagan was there to develop the evidence necessary to win my appeal.
