If possible, it would be a -100 rating. Untrustworthy. Fail to call back when Craig, himself, stated he would within a certain time frame (2 weeks); 2 years later, no follow up call. Also, does not return calls (received 0 return calls in 2 years) and his receptionist/assistant has a negative and terrible attitude. If you prefer this type of lawyer, he is the one for you.
