Back in October 2019, my sister, my 14-year-old son, and I were all involved in the car wreck. Being from a small community this law firm immediately came to mind. From start to finish they were professional, responsive, hardworking, and determined. My case was handled one on one in the Opelousas office by both Mr. Pride Doran and Mr. Quincey Cawthorne who stepped in to help comfort or answer any questions or concerns that I had regarding the case. Things didn’t skip a beat and all went as instructed. Ms. Dez kept me well informed on the case via their texting line which made me feel comfortable that any concerns I had would be answered quickly. Once my case was settled the paralegal team and Mr. Doran called me over to wrap up the case for the three of us involved in the accident. Highly recommended!!!!! Hi Internet world, I wanted to take the time to leave a review about the service I received from Yolanda at Dowan & Harthorne! (Houston office) Unfortunately, I was involved in a hit from behind car accident. This is pretty normal, one may think, get a lawyer let them Deal with it, your vehicle will be fixed in no time ~ right! No, not at all! First I want to say the vehicle that was hit was my lovely belated fathers Vehicle who recently just passed immediately from Covid! This was his pride & joy ~ his truck! So sentimental value is an understatement! Yolanda which was just as passionate about her job as I were making sure his vehicle was back the way it was prior to the accident! So first the communication was a little bumpy me being extremely agitated that this happened & her being passionate about explaining what the D&H Lawfirm can offer! Eventually, she won me over by blowing me away with her above & beyond work ethic! Again, today she did it again, went above and beyond to assist me with not only my personal injury inquiries but my vehicle repair concerns. Yolanda noticed I was lost & beyond agitated when I couldn’t get the insurance agent to assist me with additional repairs my vehicle needed, (repair shop scam) so she went out of her way to contact the extremely rude insurance company to see what my options were.
