Waste of our time. We are in a time sensitive case and when we went the legal services of north Louisiana they acted like they would help us. Then they never contacted us again except through a letter informing us that they would not help us. It was over two weeks and multiple calls and emails where we never got to talk to anyone before we got that letter. They should have told us that they couldn't help us before this letter, they wasted our time. They also never informed us as to why they would not help us and did not offer any suggestions for anyone else that we could contact.

The process may be long but patience and persistence will be rewarded in the end. All praises to God🙌

They were suppose to help me with a home I was purchasing, I been paid the house off but was being asked for more and more money. I was told to bring in my receipts which clearly shows ive paid fully. The attorney she'd send a letter asking for my deed to the house and if they declined wed go from there. I called almost 3 weeks later because they put a for rent sign in front of the home, I left the attorney numerous voicemails she never returned any of my calls and her voicemail was full. I started calling daily, theyd say she'll call me back, at 11 or before the end of the day....it was almost as if she was avoiding me this went on for about a week. Finally when I got her on the phone after weeks of calling, on top of the professionalism she tells me they dont have anyone on their staff who could assess my payments and that they were attorneys not accountants...and im thinking well why even ask for my receipts? So now she says she has to call her supervisor in Lafayette and she'll call me back, which im skeptical about because she never called me back before. So basically I may have lost my home that ive paid for for almost 3 years due to the lack of help and service that Legal services of North Louisiana is "suppose" to offer. What exactly is the purpose of this organization?
