Throughout the course of our case, there's been a history with this firm of being disorganized, inept and utterly unprofessional. The primary practitioner's behavior and misconduct displayed on multiple occasions toward us the client when discussing our case with us has been egregious. As our lawyer, they have a responsibility to act in an ethical manner. Beyond that responsibility, they've actually taken an oath to uphold certain ethics which this firm has not displayed toward us throughout the course our interactions nor; have they upheld their duty to pursue our legal action with zealous representation. I know that my lawyer should not berate or belittle me which this firms primary practitioner has repeatedly done, and they should not attempt to bully or coerce their clients in any way. We were constantly being told and I quote "I'm getting tired of telling you over and over again ..." "do you just not listen, I've already told you 100 times..." "if I have to tell you one more time..." these are just some of the comments that were said to us by our attorney that took an oath to represent us and have our best interests in mind. Do yourself a favor and do your homework prior to seeking representation from this firm. I have dealt with a few lawyer's in my time.My personal opinion of him is that he is not for our kind.Not to say he is a rasist,but if he feels that the verbal introduction to what the case presentation to him over the phone was strictly about you paying for a consultation.Once you have paid 150$ if he feels that you will be guilty of the crime then he over charges for defense.He works with the D.A an mostly and is obsessed with conviction over proper representation of the defendant.Now he running to be a judge.I say no.There will be a overflow at the jails again.

Quick and to the point.

Very little communication with him about what was going on in my wife's case. He said it was confident between him and her but he wouldn't respond to her either and I was the one paying him. She was innocent from the beginning but she still was forced to plead guilty or face a lot bigger sentences. He acted like he didn't really care to much. She spent about a year in ccc and he was supposed to get that time dedicated from what she had to do but he went missing in action. Wouldn't respond or do anything. I was expecting a great lawyer but I could have done better myself. I would not recommend him at all. My wife is still locked up for something she had nothing to do with. Been locked up for 3 years now. The judicial system in Louisiana is the most corrupt system I have ever seen. I am a criminal justice major and I have refused to be apart of that crooked system in Louisiana.

I have used Ronald Miciotto and Peter flowers in the past on separate issues, and just recently used Mr. Mouton. I had a serious moving violation I didn't need on my driving record and he got it down to a non moving violation for a very reasonable price. There were issues with getting it done but he never once asked me for more money he stuck by his word of the flat fee we agreed upon and was very professional through the whole process. I definitely recommend him for any criminal defense issues you wish to resolve. Great attorney. If I could give 10 stars I would.
