I've not used Ron as my lawyer bc never had the money in fees he probably cost. Holland Miciotto Ron's son whom I've known since I was a little kid. He has always helped many times. Saved me many times since I used him many times and always done me perfect. Many felony charges that got dismissed.

I find it difficult to effectively describe with words how impressed and happy I am with the work Ron has done for me. He is nothing short of amazing. He is passionate, energetic, and razor sharp. I decided time to write a review of my service with Justin Smith at Ronald Miciotto Law Firm. I wasn’t pleased with the level of service that I paid for over 12k in lawyer fees. My wife and I had paid for in total and in the end Justin Smith the only lawyer I have dealt with this whole process of our case he didn’t even show up or give us a call to tell us that he wouldn’t be in and someone else would have to help us with giving us our settlement check I had to call around to find someone to help me and he didn’t even have the decency to email or call us to tell us thx for helping with our case in one of the worst times of our lives. He took forever in a case that was super easy because he was adding some much other stuff that I hadn’t discuss with him to increase the lawyer fees. I would call him some time he would hardly ever return my call but would email me back if I would repeatedly email him. And he would never just call or email us with updates on the case I would always have to reach out to him for a updates. The process was over 4 months long so you can imagine how frustrating it was to get answer on what was going on. I would probably never use them again for business or recommend using Justin Smith services. He lied to us multiple time and got more money from our settlement than we did.. Definitely would not recommend if Justin Smith.
