As an older man, and frankly, able to afford the lawyer i need at any particular time, i looked out-of-town and even out of my parish, in this instance. Because a criminal matter is about more than money, or convenience, when it's your future. I selected him for his drive and ability, & the personal attention factor. I asked around. Heard about Adams; he was highly recommended. And i see why. He's young, (has the energy) but already has the trial experience and judgment required. My outcome was excellent. Highly recommend him. Rising star in Louisiana, in my opinion.

I hired Mr. Adams last October to handle a DUI 2nd offense with a BAC almost three times the legal limit combined with speeding in excess of 20 mph over the limit. Needless to say, we were sure that huge fines and jail time were inevitable. Philip was referred to us by a friend assuring us he was our very best option for the charges faced. From the moment I shook his hand, I knew we were in good hand. He explained in detail every scenario possible with the best and worst possible outcomes with complete confidence that we would need to be patient and let him do his job. During this time, he as well as him office staff, were in constant contact with us. Well by the time the court date arrived, we didn’t know what would happen but we were confident. It turns out that the DUI 2nd was reduced to a 1st offense and the other charges were reduced and/or dropped. There was no jail time, just probation and a fine. It is with absolute certainty that I would hire Philip again, but highly recommend his services to anyone who needs an Attorney with a fighting spirit to win and the empathy to put his clients at ease.

Philip is not your average lawyer. He will fight tooth and nail to prove your innocence. Was wrongly accused of theft and Philip did everything in his power to prove otherwise, from collecting surveillance and bodycam footage to bank statements and witness accounts. My case was ultimately dismissed. There is no other lawyer that I would recommend. He is a bright attorney that leaves no stone unturned. His relationships with clients is superb as well.
