I was totally shocked that this office couldn’t give me an appointment for a month, but wanted a $175 consultation fee, up front. Who doesn’t give you a consultation to determine if they can even help you?

Don't fall for this lawyer! She offers payment plans and then I ended up paying double. She doesn't let her clients know about excessive phone calls to other party's lawyer. I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone as I don't feel I can trust her after my experience. I also didn't appreciate her bad mouthing the other party as a way to get in my good side.

Kristen was very cordial and welcoming from the beginning. She was genuinely interested in my well-being as well as my case. All my questions were answered promptly and thourghly.

I was hit by another driver earlier this year and spent some time with a chiropractor that Kristen recommended trying to get my back and neck feeling back to normal. It's a pain trying to fight and negotiate with the insurance companies, and something I don't have the time or patience to deal with on my own. I brought it all to Kristen, she handled it, contacted me when she needed, and settled everything quickly and fairly. Thank you for taking that extra workload and annoyance off my plate!

Kristen and her team helped me get my what was owed to me by a large corporation. This corporation tried to scam me out of my GAP insurance payoff.

This attorney failed to maintain a satisfactory client to attorney relationship. I was treated with disregard every time I consulted her for issues concerning my case. She did not have my best interests at all. I had to update her on my workmen's comp case and it should have been the other way around. She treated me like an unintelligent individual. She failed to treat my case as relevant and important. She is a poor workmen's comp attorney and appeared intimidated by the workmen's comp adjuster. She did not keep in contact with me and it took 2 months to get a name change on my case. She did not explain to me in layman's terms what I would face in fighting for my rights as an injured worker. Her legal secretary sent my workmen's comp check to another client and confidential information of another client was sent to me, that was unacceptable. The secretary was rude and stated, "We all make mistakes!" The checks are arriving later and later and I am now paying late fees on my bills and I have drained my bank accounts and live check to check. Attorneys of this nature are coined"mailbox attorneys" they wait for their check in the mail and that is about it. She failed to answer questions I posed to her. She took 20% of the money I received every 2 weeks and 20% of mileage compensation that came out of my pocket. I had to question many times, what are her responsibilities and what is mine? This has been a stressful ordeal by finding doctors, finding health services, and a host of other things. I was not given quality or efficient representation. I am still waiting for her to find me a pain management doctor and that was 3 weeks ago. I do not recommend this attorney for those fighting workmen's comp. Her snide remarks in previous emails were one of the factors in terminating her services.

I went through a difficult divorce/custody situation and was tempted to back down, but Kristen gave me hope and encouragement and we were successful in getting the result that was in the best interest of myself and my children. She was so competent and thorough. I couldn't ask for better.

When we went to Kristen we had no idea what we were about to indore. When you have never dealt with the legal system it's terrifying. We didn't even know we're to begin. So our first step was making a consultation with Kristen. When we walked in I knew we were going to be ok with her as soon as I seen her. She was in jeans and flip flops. I know that sounds crazy but it made me feel comfortable with her. We set down and explain what we were dealing with and she with right to work. She explained everything that was about to happen the good bad and ugly. We knew what we were facing. She told us what she could and couldn't do. She didn't sugar coat anything. When we walked into the court room we knew what was going to happen and everything happened just as she said it would. She went over and beyond for us. Everything turned out in our favor. If we didn't go to Kristen, I know it wouldn't have worked out like it did!! I'm so very thankful for everything she did for my family. I highly recommend Kristen to everyone I talk to. She will do everything she can to make the succession right!

Kristen has been a great asset in helping us start up our new business after my retirement. She advised us on the type of company to establish thru setting our operational guidelines and all points in between. We will definitely keep her on our team going forward.
