Michael Donovan was extremely helpful with my ticket situation. He always spoke with me on a personal and professional level and never failed to keep me updated on the status of my ticket. He was able to speak with attourneys in Slidell and have them reduce my ticket to a nonmoving violation, especially since this had been my first offense. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience and was educated on the system and the law.
