Taylor Asen represented me in a medical malpractice case and was so persistent in his work. He was caring and patient as well which helped so much with the process!

At the beginning of 2019 I had developed pneumonia and in an attempt to diagnose the cause, my physician ordered what should have been a simple diagnostic procedure. Unfortunately, the procedure went very wrong and I needed to be rushed to a larger hospital where they saved my life. In order to prevent me from dying from blood loss, they had to perform an emergency splenectomy to remove my damaged spleen. The operation meant they had to make an incision from my sternum to my pubic bone, the recovery was long and very painful. Nine months later, my abdominal wall failed due to the surgery and so I had to undergo yet another operation to reconstruct my abdominal muscles. This resulted in yet another long and painful recovery. As a result of all of this, my family faced a long physical, emotional and mental healing period. Taylor Asen helped us to navigate some of the most difficult times we have faced. Taylor was incredibly compassionate and thoughtful in helping us to understand the complexities of a case like ours. His knowledge of this type of law and how to communicate the challenges we faced as a result of this situation helped us navigate to an equitable resolution. Taylor understood our feelings and the challenges we faced and he was skilled at reassuring us throughout the process. He is a person of integrity and sets a high moral standard in his work. His knowledge and skills as a litigator are strong and he is clearly highly experienced and adept at bringing about equitable solutions for all parties involved in a case. We would certainly recommend Taylor to our friends should the need arise.
