Woke up in a very frustrating situation that needed an immediate Legal Representation, I did not know what to do, where to knock, and who to see and trust. Here, I'm talking about that sudden , worse and illegal accusation that almost turned all my 44 years of living, including the 12 hard working years of living in this beautiful country of OPORTUNITIES, the U.S, into a worse scenario of becoming a financially, and probably, mentally useless to myself, my kids, and the rest of friends and family members. Once I looked deep into this situation, I realized I had no time to west but act as soon as possible. I started navigating through online, and friends' references to find a help for legal representation to my case. Every legal adviser I spoke and explained my situation to, before The Sherman & Worden Law Firm of course, was either busy to represent me on time, or would ask for way more fees than what I eventually paid, with less favor to expect in the case's resolution. I was told my case was very complicated. This would actually increase my frustration rather than helping me getting out of stress. Luckily, at this very evening of getting home from a long day of working and picking up my mails from mailbox, here is a very joyful answer to my problem; a letter from Sherman & Worden P.A , a law firm in Auburn Maine; and all I had to do was to trust and call Nicholas Worden, one of the legal representatives in that office. After speaking to Nicholas for about 10-15 minutes, my mind and my body came back to me; and I felt like the 500 pounds of frustration I had being carrying night and day for a week were now taken off my head, even though not all of it due to the real weight of the case's complexity. Throughout the process of their legal representation to me, Nicholas and his team fought for my rights using their high skilled criminal defense's tools/experience and made sure the criminal accusation I was facing did not sink my dreams and commitments of providing for my family and the communities I serve. If I try to draw the scenario of my case in words, I would call up that situation find yourself in from of an angry, hungry, hunting lion in the middle of jungle, and literally a wall falls from the heaven to isolate and protect you from being the lion's meal. For that being said, the hungry lion was my case, and the wall role was played by Nicholas Worden and his legal representative team. Nicholas recently represented my son in a case that could have sent my son to prison for 4 1/2 years. His court appointed attorney seemed unable to grasp the case to the point of failing to file necessary documents on time. At about this time I learned about Nicholas Worden. Nicholas Worden and his Firm have been nothing but exceptional in every way they helped me beat my case. From day one when I had the initial conversation on the phone with Nicholas discussing my case, I already got a sense that He really cared and that he going to fight for my best interests versus the the other lawyers in the area that I had a conversation with but I did not get that same energy/feeling when I spoke to them.
