Never got a call back

Shelby Sudberry is what I consider to be an angel. I went through a truly horrifying experience. And to say I felt that I was being let down by the justice system is an understatement. From the police and several jurisdictions who I was told were there to help me. But whom I felt like I was being re-victimized by the system. Shelby was assigned to my case after Debbie from Partners for Peace had begun to help. Shelby not only helped with obtaining my restraining order. She explained the entire process. Took the time to listen to my story and helped both me and my daughter through the start of the criminal side of what happened to me. She truly is the light in what is a very dark tunnel. She tirelessly has helped even when others have not. And encouraged both me and my daughter to tell us we’re doing well and she was proud in the process of this fight I could have never imagined being in. She care’s deeply and backs up that caring in every way possible from taking notes, to making callers, to writing letters and preserving evidence. And she’s there every step of the way. There is no amount of money or saying thank you that can express how truly grateful we are for her. She represents Pine Tree Legal in the most caring compassionate and professional way! I had the opportunity to see her with another client the same day I was in court. She was just as caring, professional and dedicated with that person. I can say she’s rare and we are so very lucky to have her. Thank you seems to be two small words. But please know they are from deep within our hearts and minds.

They never answer the phone. I’ve tried constantly for a week and was usually the “first in line” but still on hold. Collectively, I’ve been on hold for 6 hours with no answer. I know they must be overwhelmed but it would be nice for someone to answer and say they can’t take anymore cases.

I called and desperately needed help and was turned away because they were busy, no I'm living in my car paying a law suit that was wrong .

Was able to get most legal document s but can't get thru on a phone ever

They didn't answer the questions that I needed them to answer

They're never available when they say they'll be available.
