I have nothing but praise for Mann Law! After I was rear ended and left with an injury that caused chronic pain and headaches, I tried to navigate the claim process on my own for a few months. The process of dealing with the insurance companies and all the medical bills that were piling up was causing much stress and overwhelm and I finally realized I needed help. I had no idea where to start when looking for legal representation, but after reading some reviews, I had a gut feeling that Mann Law was the one to contact. I wasn't wrong! From the very first call, Chrissy and Robin both made me feel so comfortable! Their friendliness, willingness and ability to explain things and overall fantastic communication skills made me feel well taken care of. I immediately trusted that they were going to do their best to help me and had my best interests at heart. It turned out to be a lengthier process to settle (due to tricky health insurance and hospital billing issues) but they were great at reaching out to give me status updates and Robin was always quick to respond to my emails if I was wondering what was going on! They fought hard to get me a fair settlement and I'm very pleased with how it all turned out in the end. I really appreciated that Chrissy came to my house to talk to me about the details of the accident and my injuries. After I recovered from my injuries, it took eighteen months to settle my case. They are a great law firm

At 11:45 AM, a drunk driver crossed the double yellow line and hit me head on. The airbags sounded like a gun going off and I was thrown back in my seat. The horn was blaring non-stop and broken glass was everywhere. My car was totaled. I immediately faced two issues, one physical and one legal. Thankfully, my legal issue was handled by Mann Law. Do you know of anyone with a "good" story to tell about lawyers? I may be one of the few and I'm happy to spread the word. From the outset, I was treated with respect, care, and solid legal advice. Every burden related to my case was taken care of so I could concentrate on getting better physically. And, in the end, I was fairly compensated for this sad and unfortunate happenstance. Let me start by saying I’ve never retained a lawyer in my life and was clueless. I learned that the search for a personal injury lawyer after you’ve been assaulted and traumatized is a daunting experience. It was the last thing I wanted to be doing while going through the pain and trauma… It’s so hard because you don’t know who to trust and/or have faith in in such a sensitive matter and difficult time. I searched many, many, many personal injury lawyers websites. But it was this bit of writing that captured my attention: “Run by women doing things differently. Free, easy injury advice. We help put the pieces of your life back together.” And the fact that they promote a family feeling. My husband and I had our consultation with Chrissy and Robin and immediately knew by her caring, kind and comforting demeanor that she was the lawyer for me! She was personable, likable and approachable and not stuffy like some lawyers. So we hired her right then and canceled the other consultations we had also set up. I could tell she’d be a pit bull to the insurance companies from the knowledge and experience she has. It’s been a long journey (18 months) but I wouldn’t have wanted to take the ride with anyone else but Chrissy and Robin. They are amazing at what they do… They both returned my phone calls and emails very quickly, most of the time within a few hours or at least the same day. In the beginning everything was so overwhelming and when we spoke they made me feel so comfortable that it would lead to me getting emotional and they would be so understanding and patient with me. Also telling me “if you need someone to talk to just call us we’re here for you”. That’s when I felt like family. They helped me navigate every part of the injury case, even working with my other lawyer when needed. They kept me informed at every juncture of my case. If it was a complicated legal portion or wording they would explain it a few times if I needed and never made me feel bad or stupid about it. Following up with an email that reiterated everything we had spoken about. I found that to be very helpful. Sometimes they’d randomly call or email just to check in and see how I was doing. From the start of the journey I’ve felt like I got kicked in the head at every turn (by the criminal justice system, workers comp, employer, injuries sustained, etc) and dealing with Chrissy and Robin were my only bright spots during the 18 months. I was excited when they called, I wasn’t thinking “oh great it’s the lawyer”. They always made time to ask how my family and I were doing or how things were going and to add their bit of banter and charm to the conversations making them feel lighter and easier to deal with. Honestly, they made me feel like I was their only client at times. I PROMISE you that you will not be disappointed if you choose Mann Law to represent you. If any family member or friend of mine needs a personal injury lawyer in the future I absolutely will send them to Chrissy and her team! I feel very blessed and grateful to have found such wonderful representation. My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Chrissy and Robin during the last year. They have always been responsive to our questions and concerns and always had our interests in mind.
