Attny. Erin Sherman was incredible! I am navigating a very complex family estate/inheritance scenario and trying to do my best to take care of and plan for my elderly family member, while preserving our family home. Erin took ample time out of her schedule to explain the various points of consideration for each decision, and the possible impact to my loved one’s health insurance and/or State assistance. She was a bright light in what has felt like a long and bewildering tunnel - and after one phone call I feel bolstered and able to confidently move forward. So grateful! Erin is a gem! So easy to work with, and super-reasonable, straight-forward pricing. Our family needed to clean up a few old house deeds, and I'm so glad we contacted Erin before trying to do it ourselves online. Not only did we get her expertise in knowing it was done accurately, it actually ended up being less expensive than if we had gone the DIY route ourselves. Erin is fantastic! She hosted free on-line information sessions covering wills, trusts, etc. These sessions were super informative, easy to sign up for, and full of useful information we all need to know. Did I mention they were free? I also used Erin to update beneficiaries on my deed. She made herself available on short notice to accommodate my poor planning and upcoming travel. She even came in on a Sunday to have me sign and finalize the documents. She filed them in a timely fashion with the county and provided me a copy that day with a final follow up copy several weeks later.
