DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Ed will not listen to you or remember any details of your case let alone communicate anything to you throughout the process. I had to send him the same documents repeatedly and he requested them again just hours before each court case. I was supposed to have 2 total courts dates over a 1 year period. This turned into 5 court dates over almost 2 years because he without my knowledge kept asking the court for a continuous and never appeared to do his actual job and advocate for me even though I had to appear at every court date. Even after I told him I was under contract on my house and absolutely needed this court date to happen because my children and I would be relocating out of state and would be homeless if he was to continue it again he STILL requested a continuous for my next court date. When I finally managed to get him into court he stood in front of the judge and said what I had done on my differed disposition was unsuccessful and he did not tell me that prior to entering the court room that he intended to do that. Afterwards when I disagreed he gave me an excuse that I hadn’t done enough follow up appointments on my “counseling “ and that the 3 weeks for 4 days a week at 3 hours per day was not enough. Mind you he did not communicate that what I had done wasn’t enough because he only reached out to me throughout the entire 2 years of my case hours before each court date. And I’m sure anyone reading this will say I’m just mad because I didn’t get the outcome I had wanted, that is not the case. Because I already had decided prior to walking into the court with him I would be filing a grievance to the board because he failed to communicate properly or treat me with any type of respect throughout the process.

Heather was a life saver when it came to family court. She’s helped me through numerous bogus alienating complaints with my child’s mother and helped show the court what type of a father I really am. If it wasn’t for Heather I wouldn’t have the relationship I have with my daughter. Heather is responsive to your needs through the entire process. She helped me understand the family court process and made the stressful situation more pleasant by helping in anyway she could. I would highly recommend Heather for family court needs. Thank you for all you’ve done for Kallie and I.

Heather wasn’t only my attorney but she was also my friend during the entire process of family court. If it wasn’t for Heather, I wouldn’t have the relationship I have with my daughter. Heather stepped in and took control of the nonsense PFAs, all the false allegations against me and proved to the courts what type of a father I really am. Heather thank you for everything! $350 to talk to someone on the phone rip off

The women at the desk are amazing i havent had an issue with them. I have an issue with Edward Robasco he is rude and ignorant. He doesn’s listen to his clients and he dafamed character by wrongfully accusing i will be filing a complaint aginst him ans i will be bringing him to court.

Heather and her team helped in a hard time in my life. When your looking for a great understanding lawyer she and her team is it.

When you are going through a really hard time. Heathers has your back and knows what she is talking about. Trust is a big thing with me. Heather knew how to work with my legal obstacles. Thank you is not enough to say when working with Heather.

As a counselor of the law Heather is a good attorney. I have nothing but the up most respect and highest recommendation for Heather M Seasonwein. Heather represented my case with my best interest as her first priority . Divorce is ugly no mater what. There are no winners or looser only a hopefully fair outcome. I'm internally grateful Heather provided me with that results. Looking for a good attorney? My personnel opinion, Heather M Seasonwein is the best. If i might add as personnel note. Heather and I would discuss current events from time to time and we totally disagreed (LOL) But we never would be confrontational or disrespectful towards one another. I didn't know what to do or actions to take and she was so helpful and informative.ive never talked to a lawyer before and she has made a great impression on me and i will not hesitate to call her if i need more help.it was nice to talk to someone who listened and i feel she really cared.Its obvious she is passionate about her career and helping familys.

Terrible lawyers especially Edward rabasco jr would never reccomend him to anyone

I would not give this Law Office a five-star this office is badgering and when they make appointments they leave you hanging and they don't leave until you there sorry they're unprofessional and inappropriate and I would never recommend this office especially Edward ra Basco Jr lawyer he's knowledgeable but he's unprofessional and if you say one thing to upset him he flies off the handle bars and can become a real jerk that you don't want around anyone.
