I have had the good fortune of Dan Kagan's legal advice following a car accident involving physical injury. Dan's expertise is delivered with clear and concise communication along with a much needed touch of humor at just the right times. I cannot thank Dan enough for his help in bringing resolution to a challenging matter.

My wife suffered a horrible senseless accident after an irresponsible contractor took out our front steps and didn't mark or block the door so consequently my wife stepped out into thin air and fell several feet. She shattered several bones in her left leg which required several hours of surgery. She also broke several ribs and sustained other injuries. She was in the hospital and rehab for over a month. Dan is very comfortable to have a conversation with. Definitely has the knowledge on what is best for his clients. His staff was very helpful, and willing to assist as well. I would use this firm again if I had to as they are very professional, have integrity, knowledgeable and most of all very personable. I would highly recommend Dan, however if it's a case he usually doesn't handle, I do believe someone in the law firm will and they are/will be the best choice.
