The attorneys with whom I have dealt at Berman Simmonds have exceeded my expectations as it pertains to their professionalism. Not being an attorney, I am not in a position to fully judge their individual legal knowledge. However, based on the results of their work, I suspect there are few individuals in the legal profession who can match their skill, knowledge and experience. I give them my most high recommendation.

The earlier review was an error. Based on your review, which was thoughtful, it appeared that your law firm didn't see a lot of money in this medical malpractice case, so you refused to take it. (Specifically, you didn't like the fact that your potential client suffered from Alzheimer's, so she would not be able to testify.) Elder abuse and exploitation is a growing problem, so just who is willing to represent these clients?

I did an intake and gave many details on December 21st. The lady was friendly and nice. She told me she'd call me back on Monday. BermanSimmons never returned my call on that day. I called after Christmas on Thursday and a receptionist confirmed I had called and transferred me to an attorney and the intake staff denied that I had been spoken with and expected that I had made a mistake and I have a call logged. I had called today at 1:30 pm and told me they would have known they would have spoken with me. The firm gives me a run around. I will not allow them to offer to take my information and represent my family if Berman And Simmons doesn't even have the decency to bare responsibility for a simple mistake or admission of complete arrogance.

This company achieved an excellent result for ourselves after my wife and myself were involved in a motor accident in NH. We were on vacation from the UK and hit by a uninsured motorist and amongst other injuries both of us had fractures to the spine. This was a huge problem for us in both a physical and financial situation, but owing to their efforts we had a most satisfactory outcome. Very good company to deal with, communication and consideration was first class and our deepest thanks go to Dov Sacks who expertly dealt with our claim.
