We've used Griffin and Jordan a few times through the years. When we had tenant issues many years ago, they were a huge help getting a non-paying tenant out. Most recently, they helped us with closing on our office building in Bangor. We've dealt mostly with Mike and Mark and couldn't be happier. As a bonus, they are very reasonable with their billing and saved us hundreds in closing costs.

The closing of our home was completed at Griffin & Jordan, at the request of the buyers’ lender. I called the office with a few simple questions about closing proceedings, and Mr. Griffin was the most unconscionably rude individual I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to. It ruined the entire experience of selling our home, and I would never recommend doing business with someone who interacts with the people they serve in such a disrespectful, condescending, and crass manner. When we arrived, the staff at the office were friendly and kind, but unfortunately Mr. Griffin is truly deserving of a poor review. Shame on him for his complete lack of professionalism; I expected more.
